I just lost a tennis match. I was sad, angry, devastated, and not in the mood to speak with my family and friends. I took out my drawing book and started thinking about what to draw. I started thinking of drawing and my thought shifted to why I lost. I realized that I played to win and did not play at my best. I expressed this thought in my art book so whenever I look at it, I would remember to play my best and not play to win. Now my game has improved and I play better than in my last match.
Very wise words, glad you realized dear. Its tough even for grown ups to realize and practice in day to day life
