1. OVERVIEW
    Help customer track Delhivery shipment status easily. Validate pincode eligibility and assign AWB on the fly. Schedule pickup, print shipping label, manifest with C39 barcode. A complete online shipping solution for Delhivery logistics provider

      BENEFITS TO CUSTOMER
      1. Customer shall view both 1. Order processing status & 2. Shipment status in a single window
      2. Customer shall use either order reference number (or) AWB number for tracking their order
      3. Customer shall track their orders from Home (or) Order Details pages
      4. Customer gets an email with tracking number as soon as the shipment is created
      5. Customer shall also view the tracking number from their order history
        1. Download “v17.0.11-trackdelhivery.zip” from Add-on website. 
          2. Log-in to Prestashop Admin Back-Office. Click “Modules” >> "Modules & Services"
            3. Click “Upload a module“ button (right top)


              4. Click “Select file” link & select “v17.0.11-trackdelhivery.zip” file


                5. Module will get automatically uploaded



                6. Once the module is successfully uploaded, click "Configure" 


                 
                  3. MODULE BACK OFFICE CONFIGURATION
                    1. On click of "Configure" link, Settings screen is displayed. You can also go this screen from BackOffice>>Delhivery>>Manage Orders>>Settings button (top right corner)



                    2. Manage Pick Up Address

                    Click the "Add New" button in the Manage Pick Up Address Screen and enter your pick up address. The fields are listed below 

                    1. Name
                    2. Address
                    3. City
                    4. State
                    5. Country
                    6. Pincode
                    7. Mobile
                    8. Sort Code
                    9. Available
                      • Yes - This pick up address is available for servicing
                      • No - This pick up address is not available for servicing


                    3. Manage Seller Details

                    Click the "Add New" button in the Manage Seller Screen and enter the Seller address. The fields are listed below 


                    1. Contact Name
                    2. Address 1
                    3. Address 2
                    4. City
                    5. State
                    6. Country
                    7. Pincode
                    8. Mobile
                    9. Telephone
                    10. Email
                    11. Tin number (sent while creating AWB)
                    12. CST number (sent while creating AWB)
                    13. Registration numbers to print in shipping label
                    14. Legal Text to include in shipping label

                      • Yes - This Seller is available for servicing
                      • No - This Seller is not available for servicing

                    4. Manage Commodity

                    Click the "Add New" button in the Manage Commodity Screen and enter the Commodity Type. The fields are listed below 


                    1. Code
                    2. Name
                    3. Enable?
                      • Yes - This Commodity is available
                      • No - This Commodity is not available
                    5. Manage Customer Accounts

                    Click the "Add New" button in the Manage Customer Accounts Screen and enter the Customer Account Type. The fields are listed below 

                    1. Alias
                    2. User Name
                    3. Client Name
                    4. Tracking API
                    5. Service API
                    6. Default Pick Up Address
                    7. Default Seller
                    8. Default Commodity
                    9. Available?
                      • Yes
                      • No

                    6. Confirm Delhivery API Url
                    Get the API url's from the Delhivery Sales team for the below fields


                    7. Manage Environment

                    1. Simulation Mode?
                      • Yes - Simulation / Demo Mode. Simulate results and outputs. Use for local testing. Will NOT connect to Delhivery Server
                      • No - Connects to Delhivery API and works either in Live / Test Mode
                    2. Live Mode?
                      • Yes - Works with Delhivery Production Server API
                      • No - Works with Delhivery Test Server API
                    3. Enable Debug Log
                      • Yes - Saves Request and Failure Response of Delhivery AWB Generation Service
                      • No - Logs will not be saved
                    4. Enable Ajax for Front Office AWB Tracking?
                      • Yes - Displays tracking status in the Pop-up
                      • No - Displays status in a new page
                    5. Update Order Reference Number as Tracking Number as soon as the Customer places his Order
                      • Yes - Order reference number will be updated as Tracking Number
                      • No - Order reference number will not be updated as Tracking Number

                    1. Add * to the shipping label barcode
                      • Yes - If you have problem in reading the barcode. Enable this field
                      • No - If you donot have problem in reading the barcode.

                      • Yes -  Prints the list of Products in the shipping label
                      • No - Prints the Commodity / category description in the Shipping label instead of the list of products(recommended)
