Time Limit: You must submit your application within 6 months of the conclusion of the tournament.
Residency: You must be a native of Tamil Nadu (verified via Nativity Certificate) or have resided in the state for the last 5 years.
Recognition: The medal must be won in a tournament recognized by the AITA (All India Tennis Association), ITF, or major multi-sport bodies (IOC/IOA).
2. Document Checklist
You will need to gather the following "Self-Attested" documents for your application:
Official Merit Certificate: The original medal-winning certificate from the tournament.
Nativity Certificate: Official proof of Tamil Nadu residency (mandatory).
Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card (Copy must be self-attested).
Bank Details: A copy of your bank passbook (Front page) or a cancelled cheque. The account must be in the athlete's name.

Association Letter: A recommendation/confirmation letter from the Tamil Nadu Tennis Association (TNTA) or the Tamil Nadu Olympic Association.
3. Submission Process
Online Application: Go to https://www.sdat.tn.gov.in/services and Click on SDAT Schemes.
If you have not registered already, register yourself, log in, and click on the High Cash Incentive (HCI).
Upload the required docs, and fill in the form and submit the application.
Take a printout of the application submitted, it will have the reference number
Hard Copy Submission: While many things are digital, SDAT often requires a physical set of the documents mentioned above to be sent to:
The Member Secretary, Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, 116-A, Periyar EVR High Road, Nehru Park, Chennai - 600 084.
Verification: Your results will be cross-verified with the official tournament records and the state association.
